As a production planner, you’ll take an active role in sharing responsibility, contribute your own ideas and play an active part in shaping the process – from creating 3D production documentation and overseeing work processes to sharing responsibility for design and procurement. You will also act as a vocational trainer, supporting apprentices (as well as colleagues) in their professional development. This is your opportunity for involvement, personal growth and the sustainable transfer of expertise.

That’s what sets you apart

  • Completed training as a joiner or interior design draughtsman

    • with initial professional experience as a work planner

    • with good CAD and design skills (AutoCAD or CAD+T)

  • A broad basic technical knowledge of materials science, design and assembly techniques

  • Experience in order processing

  • Graduation and initial experiences as a vocational trainer

  • Ability to work as part of a team in day-to-day internal communication

  • clear, respectful and solution-focused communication with learners, suppliers and customers

  • Innovative and cost-effective thinking and action
