Deloitte Switzerland is centralising its operations in a new Swiss headquarters. Located on the former Welti-Furrer site in Zurich’s trendy Kreis 5 district, the Prime 2 building was designed and constructed by the Zurich-based architectural firm Max Dudler. The fit-out work was managed in its entirety by Emch+Berger ImmoConsult AG Basel under a project management and general contractor mandate. Glaeser Projekt AG carried out the entire project as the general contractor. The result is modern and innovative office space across five floors, covering approximately 13,000 square metres, which can be flexibly utilised to accommodate up to 2,000 employees.
