GLAESER AG carried out the refurbishment of the Brooklyn Burger Bar, including the takeaway area. The joinery work was carried out using oak and galvanised metal elements. Mirrors and upholstered furniture in fabric and leather were also used. The collaboration between GLAESER AG and the operator went smoothly. Coordination with Urs Thoma, independent site manager, and Florianne Pittet, Design and Planning at GLAESER PROJEKT AG, played a key role in achieving the excellent result. The construction period lasted four months.
